How to Order

 

Here are some guideline steps on how to place an order with us online:

Step 1: Register & Shop til you drop

Firstly register with us – you can do this very quickly by clicking on the “My Account” button right at the top of the page on the right hand side.
Browse through our categories and products – all details are available to view on each product including the size, the production lead time of each product, the colour ( in the drop down tab – if more than one is offered ), the language ( drop down tab – if more than one is offered ) or any other options that may be available to choose from.

Step 2: Like it? Buy it!

Should you find a product/s that you like and want to buy, simply click on the ADD TO CART button, which you can find at the bottom of all the details on the right hand side of the product. If there is more than one that you would like of a certain product, you can up the quantity to the left of the ADD TO CART button. For custom items there will be a block with the heading *customize text which is where you can fill in your own custom details for that item. You can view the items in your cart by clicking on the CART button right at the top of the page near the search block. If you like an item but would like to save it for later or if you want to think about it then simply ADD TO WISHLIST under the ADD TO CART button on the product. This allows you to keep a list of the items you like and you can easily add them straight to your cart from your wishlist.

Step 3: Ready to checkout

Once you have all the items you would like to purchase in your cart, you can proceed to your Checkout page. Here you will need to fill in all your details for billing as well as a daytime delivery address. If you are in Cape Town you are more than welcome to click collection instead of delivery at no additional cost. *Please see the Delivery/Collection Options page for more info regarding our terms on deliveries and collections.

Step 4: Pay for your order

Once you have filled in your details and have your total amount to pay, proceed to the payment page. Here you have the option to either pay with a debit or credit card through Payfast or you can click on the direct EFT button for our banking details.
If you choose the Payfast option – just follow the steps and once the payment is complete a confirmation email will be sent directly to you.
If you choose to do a direct EFT payment into our account you will need to send a copy of your POP to kim@eproproducts.co.za along with your order number so that we can proceed with the order for you. *Production only commences once full payment for your order has reflected in our bank account.

Step 5: Get your products! Yay!

Depending on the lead time of the products you have chosen, you can expect your package to arrive straight to your door in that time. We will keep you updated along the way with your order and we will also send you a waybill number to track your order once it has been dispatched and on its way to you.
